Internship Opportunites
Blueprint to Life has 2 Internship Opportunities in Dallas for students in the following fields:
- Social Services
- Public Health Programs
- HR or HR Psychology
- Adult Education
- Recreation & Sports
Interns will receive intense hands-on experience while working with actual clients and obtaining proper guidance, supervision, and feedback. The internships are 3-4 months in duration depending on college requirements. The internship requires compiling a notebook featuring the intern's competencies attained and field experience. In addition, an oral presentation (PowerPoint) is required to receive the letter of completion and a letter of recommendation.
The internships are non-paid. However interns will be given many opportunities to network with potential future employers in the field and will be granted a $1,000.00 stipend upon successful completion of the internship.

PT Job Opportunities
Blueprint to Life is seeking 2 part-time Site Program Specialists for its Transitional Housing Program to start in April 2007.
Requirements:
- Three - five years experience in conducting one-on-one and group sessions
- Case management, referrals, and donation solicitations
- Ability to present in areas of life skills, employment readiness, addiction recovery, and relapse prevention
- Experience in transitional housing & supervising adult participants
- Female for the women’s homes and male for the men’s homes
At least 30 hours of college (LCDC or Social Work) bachelor’s degree preferred; Able to pass a background check and drug screening; and must have reliable transportation.
All positions are part-time. Pay rate varies depending on qualifications and experience.
