Transitional Homes in Dallas & Bilingual Mobile Team

ATR Vouchers are available through The State of Texas for individuals in recovery. Individuals from Cornell Corrections, Divert Court, County Probation, with a CPS case, or Katrina survivor in recovery – qualify for ATR recovery support services such as:  


 

Transitional Housing                   Job Readiness

Recovery Coaching                    Life Skills Workshops

Relapse Prevention Activities      Spiritual Support

Recovery Support (Referrals)

Simply request a referral from your caseworker, probation officer, or divert court counselor stating that you need transitional housing and fax it to the Tarrant Council.  The Tarrant Council can be contacted at 817-332-6329 to schedule your assessment to qualify. 

All recovery support services mentioned above can be provided from the privacy & comfort of the Blueprint to Life Transitional Homes.  The BtL Mobile Team visits, supervises, and coaches ATR participants to achieve personal goals at his/her own pace.
