Mission: Our mission is to identify the specific needs of communities and customize programs & services to impact its participants in a positive manner to guide them towards self-sufficiency and a more productive healthy way of living.

Goals:1. To help individuals attain self-sufficiency through proper guidance, support, and education. 2. To plan & coordinate meaningful programs, activities, and events for residents of all ages. 3. To partner with local agencies to facilitate access to resources and other needed services.

 

Blueprint to Life Programs & Services

Transitional Housing:  Temporary housing paid for by ATR for individuals in recovery from drug/alcohol abuse.  Recovery support listed below can be provided from the comfort and privacy of the transitional homes.   

Bilingual Mobile Team: This team supervises and assists peers in the areas of 1. job readiness 2. life skills 3. relapse prevention 4. spiritual support 5. recovery coaching, and 6. recovery support such as referrals for additional resources.  These services are also paid for by ATR for those who qualify.   

E3 Parent Program: Parent advocates empowering, equipping, and encouraging parents to take on an active role in the lives of their youth & families recovering from drug/alcohol abuse.

Thriving Communities:  Blueprint to Life offers apartment communities tailored programs and services to attain and maintain a healthy, safe, and thriving living environment for their tenants.  Our consultants assess the direct and immediate needs of both tenants and management team to customize programs and services that deliver results.  Blueprint to Life helps tenants harness additional resources to establish a strong network of support.
